Single Arm Cable Push

Attach a handle to the high pulley of a cable machine. Stand tall with feet hip-width or staggered.
Step 2: Grab one end of the handle with your right hand so that your palm is facing in. Keep elbow tucked into your side. This is the starting position.
Step 3: Begin exercise by pressing down the handle until your arm is straight and elbow locked, pause, then slowly bring handle back up to starting position. Repeat as necessary on right arm, then switch arms.
