H - Kneeling push up

1. Place yourself in a kneeling position on the floor.
2. Your hands should be at shoulder level.
3. Keep the knees on the ground.
4. Breathe in through the nose as you go down.
5. Exhale through pursed lips as you push yourself up.
6. Maintain your head and spine in alignment. The head should not drop forward as you do the exercise.
7. Make sure you keep great alignment throughout the movement.
