Hinge Level 1 - Lay flat on floor with heels touching distance from finger tips under bent knees. Raise hips towards sky, clenching glutes as you reach the top of the movement. Slowly lower relaxing glutes and grazing the floor to complete one rep. Don't let glutes fully settle on floor when completing reps as they should be switched on throughout
