A combination of core stability exercises using free weights and your bodyweight. This class is designed to focus on controlling the resistance with a slow tempo and making sure the body really engages the trunk and lower back to perform exercises with correct form and technique. The class follows a circuit format to bring an element of conditioning to the class.
