School Holiday fitness camps for School years 1-6. over the 3 hours, children will work on a variety of health and fitness drills. From balance work to strength training to fun challenges. If you are looking for a club to put your child into, so you can get on with things during the day, this is the camp to book. Over the 3 hours, children will have 2 x 10 minute breaks so children are advised to bring a couple of snacks, drinks and all attendees must have completed a registration form before participating.
