Join Steve every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday for a Strength training class. The class will combine compound lifts like the squat, deadlift, bench press, with short recovery periods to bring you a great 40 minute calorie burn. The class will also focus on progressions through various rep ranges, giving attendees the option to track results.
