HIIT class will host up to 8 people every Monday and Friday. A variety of dumbbell, barbell, bodyweight, CV and many more exercises will keep you motivated and on track to achieving your fitness goals. I’m looking forward to seeing as many members as possible over the Monday and Friday sessions!
